Reading Romans with Luther

As Unversity Professor of Theology at Wittenburg, Dr. Martin Luther taught a course on the book of Romans in 1515 and 1516. His lectures led up to the posting of the 95 Theses on that dramatic day, October 31,1517. Amazingly, Luther's own lecture notes and clas notes from numerous students who took the course on Romans have been preserved from 500 years ago. We'll discuss those notes as we discuss the book many consider to be "The Textbook" of the Christian Faith: Paul's Epistle to the Romans.
